In our consulting services, we strive to help our clients define their computing needs and goals and identify the most effective combination of hardware, software, training, and services to implement and maintain those objectives.
Of course, we always try to help people in their existing situation. For example, if you have bought something and are having trouble getting it to work, we can try to get it working for you. However, it would have been preferable if you had started by asking our advice — what capability would you like to have, and what is the best way to get that capability using proven technologies and careful planning?
Consulting with us begins when you contact us — for which we never charge. We may respond with further questions, a proposal, or an offer to sit down personally — again, at no charge. If we don’t really feel we can be of help to you, we will be honest and tell you so. We may be able to refer you to a better source. But it is also possible that contacting First Computer Services may turn out to be the best call you have ever made.
