Introduce Yourself!

Hi, I'm Tom. I have over 40 years of IT experience, including programming, database administration, systems analysis and management. I have extensive experience with operating systems (MCP, HP-UX, Solaris, SCO, Linux), networking, internet connections, hardware, and application servers.

For the last couple of decades, most of my work has involved helping folks with personal computers and home networks; that's where all the action is these days. How did we ever survive without online shopping, smartphones, and email?

My wife and I run First Computer Services as a General Partnership in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Our skills and talents overlap, but she's a nicer person than I am 

I do try to be nice, though! I look forward to meeting everybody.
